Refunds & Exchanges
         As a discount store, we do not offer a refund. However, our 14 day exchange policy can be applied if:

you receive an item with a defect or is damaged upon delivery
we send you the wrong item
         We reserve the right to refuse all exchanges for reasons other than listed above. Please note that we do not offer an exchange on ear rings, skincare products, cosmetics, lingerie and swimwear.



Exchange items
To exchange your item, please contact us within 14 days from the date you receive your item.
All exchange items must be returned in an unused condition with receipt, tags and original packaging (if possible). We inspect all exchange items. We reserve the right to refuse exchanges that do not meet our standards after inspection.
If the exchange item is out of stock, we will process your refund within 7-10 working days.
Alternatively, you may exchange for any item of the same value. We are not liable to refund difference in prices if you choose to exchange to an item of lower value than original item. However, if you choose to exchange for an item with higher value, it remains your responsibility to pay for the difference in prices.


Sending exchange items by post
Send the exchange item with the receipt in original packaging (if possible) by post. All exchange items will be inspected and we will contact you within 5 working days of receiving.
If we do not find the defect or damage on the item as per your statement, the item will be returned to sender.
It usually takes 7-10 working days for an exchange item to be delivered to you by post.
We are not responsible for postage fee incurred from exchange goods.
